We sit with the people doing the work and map what actually happens day to day — which tools they open, where they re-key the same data, what they avoid because it takes too long. The output is a written picture of the business and a short list of the problems worth fixing first.

We design the target stack before anything is bought or built: which system owns which record, where data moves, and what each layer is responsible for. You get a roadmap in sequence, so each phase is usable on its own rather than only paying off at the end.

Build
We build the pieces that don't exist yet — the site, the portal, the workflows, the internal tools — against the architecture rather than in isolation. Work ships in stages your team can use and react to, so decisions get corrected early instead of at launch.

We wire the systems together so a lead, a job or an invoice created in one place appears everywhere it should without anyone copying it. Where an off-the-shelf connector fits we use it; where it doesn't, we write the integration and monitor it.

We set up who can see and do what, protect the data at rest and in transit, and make access easy to grant and revoke as people join and leave. Security is designed alongside the build, so it doesn't arrive later as a set of restrictions bolted over working systems.

Automate
We take the repetitive steps the connected stack has now made visible — follow-ups, handoffs, document handling, reporting — and hand them to automation or AI. Every rule is documented and reversible, and a person stays in the loop wherever judgement matters.

Optimize
Once the stack is live we watch how it is actually used: what breaks, what is slow, what nobody adopted. We report on it on a regular cadence and keep making changes, because the business keeps changing and a stack that isn't maintained drifts back into silos.
